Description

23-25 Parkside is a terrace of three houses built in the early to mid-19th century. Constructed from grey gault brick, the buildings rise three storeys and feature a range of six windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. Each house has round-headed doorways with panelled doors. The hipped slate roof is adorned with modillions beneath the eaves. There are plain spike cast-iron railings with vases on the main stanchions, but these are present only for Nos 23 and 24. This terrace, along with Nos 20 to 25, 27 to 33, and 35 to 40, forms a cohesive group.
