Description
St John's College features four gates that provide access to the 'Wilderness' and the Scholars' Garden. The gates are located at the north-east, north-west, south-east, and south-west points. Two gates are positioned on either side of the Field Walk. Among these, three gates are modern, while one gate leading to the 'Wilderness' dates back to the 19th century. The gates are made of wrought iron and have a plain design.
