Description
The gate to Trinity Piece, located southeast of the Wilderness at St John's College, was erected in 1780 but was moved to its current position in 1822. It likely originated from the sale of Horseheath Hall in 1777, making it an early or mid-18th century structure. The gate features elaborate wrought-iron work, including two pairs of flanking piers and an overthrow displaying the college badge.
