Description
The School House, formerly the teacher's house of Pound Hill School, was built in 1810. It is constructed of grey gault brick and has two storeys with a basement. The building features three windows with sash frames that include glazing bars. Along the front, there are three brick pilasters. The doorway is adorned with a fluted surround, roundels, and a shallow hood. Inside, there is an original staircase. The roof is low pitched and covered with slate.
