Description
No. 73 Maid's Causeway is an early 19th-century building constructed of grey gault brick, likely converted from two houses. It features stucco bands at the first floor and eaves levels. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and it has four windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. There are also four dormers located behind a broken parapet. The windows on the east side of the street front are set closer together. A Tuscan porch, probably added later, enhances the entrance, which has a door surround with four Ionic pilasters and a semi-elliptical fanlight. The roof is covered with slate.
