Description

No. 83 Castle Street is a building from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that was completely re-faced in grey gault brick in the early 19th century. The structure has two storeys and an attic, featuring one window facing the street. The ground floor has a modern casement window, while the upper floor has a sash window. There is a pedimented dormer and a panelled door from the 19th century. The roof is tiled.
