Description

Nos 1 to 3 Marine Parade is a late 18th century or early 19th century house that features a stuccoed exterior with a parapet and a modillion cornice. The building has three segmental bays that project at the front and extend through the upper two storeys. It consists of three storeys and attics. The windows are a mix of partly double-hung sashes and partly casements, with the first storey windows having swept canopies above each bay. The ground storey contains 20th-century shops. The roofs are slate and include three flat-headed dormer windows. Nos 1 to 4 Marine Parade form a group.
