Description

Abbey Close is a 17th or early 18th century stone house located in Thorney. It features a steeply pitched Welsh slate roof and is two storeys high with an attic. The building has six bays, with the end bays projecting as gabled wings. There are string courses and sash windows with glazing bars set in flush casings. A gabled dormer is positioned at the center of the roof. To the left of the center, there is a panelled door topped with a flat hood. The house also has two ridge stacks.
