Description
The archway south of the gateway to Ufford Hall is an 18th to 19th century structure that serves as a passage leading to the church from Ufford Hall. It features a blend of Gothic and Jacobean architectural styles, highlighted by a stone pointed arch topped with three obelisk finials. Some of the stone used in the archway is made from re-used materials. There was previously a similar archway located across the field to the south in the churchyard wall, but it has since collapsed.
