Description

Nos 1 and 2 on School Road are an early 18th-century range of cottages. They feature an ashlar front and a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. The cottages are one storey high with an attic and have a three-window arrangement. The windows are two-light casements with glazing bars, and there are two modern glazed doors. Above the right-hand door and the adjacent window is a segmental arch with a keyblock. The building also includes two small gabled dormers and an internal stone stack at each end.
