Description

North Cottage and Cosy Cottage are a pair of cottages, originally built as a range of three, dating from 1824. They are constructed from coursed stone and feature a Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. The cottages are two storeys high and have a three-window range. The windows are modern 2-light casements with glazing bars, set beneath keyblocked flat arches. There are two modern doors and a passageway located off centre. A ridge stack is positioned off centre as well. A datestone on the front reads "R.L. 1824". These cottages are included for their group value.
