It is constructed of stone with ashlar quoins and features a stone slate roof. The farmhouse has an irregular plan and stands two storeys high. It includes stone mullioned casement windows and two stone buttresses, one of which has a set-off. Inside, there is a stone vaulted room that now serves as the kitchen. Oxney Farmhouse and the adjacent barn form a cohesive group.
