Description

Berry Cottage is a stone rubble cottage dated 1732. It has a steeply pitched roof covered in Collyweston stone, with coped gable ends. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and originally had two windows. It now features modern two-light casement windows. There are two old gabled dormers. The cottage has internal end stacks topped with brick. A datestone reading "W F 1732" is set into the end gable.
