Description
The Poplars is a 17th to 18th century house constructed of coursed stone rubble, topped with a Collyweston stone roof featuring coped gable ends. The building has two storeys and an attic, arranged in three bays. It features three-light casements set in segmental headed openings. On the left side, there is a canted bay window with a Collyweston stone roof and a dripmould above it. The central doorway is plain, and there are three old gabled dormers. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the house. At the west end, there is a single-storey wing that includes one three-light casement and a brick stack over the gable. Additionally, there is a one-storey and attic gabled wing at the rear, which also has a gabled dormer.
