Description

37 Priestgate is a building located on the north side of Priestgate in Peterborough, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is two storeys tall with attics and features a modern tiled roof. The building has two hipped dormers and casement windows without glazing bars. The brickwork is complemented by rendered quoins and a plinth. There are three windows on the upper floor with flat arches and double-hung sashes, also without glazing bars. The ground floor includes two slightly segmental arched windows and a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, all beneath a moulded wooden cornice. The eaves have an overhang, and there is an old brass nameplate. Numbers 35 and 37 form a group.
