Description

Greystone is a 17th-century ashlar house, marked by a datestone on the front that reads "1657 TT". It features a Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. The front of the house has a wide, two-storey splayed bay that is six lights wide, with ovolo moulded stone mullions. Additional architectural details include moulded eaves, a cornice, and a hipped roof, along with a moulded string course and a plain plinth. There is an external stone stack at the south end, which has offsets.

The interior was largely gutted in the late 19th century or early 20th century to create a single room that is said to have served as a billiard room for the adjoining house. It contains some re-used panelling, which is partly from the 17th century. At the rear (west) of the house, there is a later 19th or 20th-century wing that also features a Collyweston stone roof.
