Description
Church Farmhouse is a house from the 17th century, constructed from coursed rubble stone and ashlar, featuring quoins and stone dressings. It has a Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone end stacks and stone coped gables. The building is 1½ storeys high and includes three 2-light stone mullion windows in ashlar dormers above two 3-light stone mullion windows. There is a central moulded stone doorway with a 4-panelled door, and hood moulds are present over the ground floor windows. On the left end, there are two 2-light stone mullion windows, one of which is blocked, while the right end has four similar windows, two of which are also blocked. The rear features further similar windows and a two-storey wing with a stone end stack. This wing has a plank door and sash windows, including one tripartite window. Extending from the rear of this wing is a two-storey outbuilding range with a Collyweston slate roof, doors, boarded windows, and a stone-framed 1-light window.
