Description

Emmanuel Cottage is a 17th-century house located on Church Road in Ketton. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Collyweston stone slate roof, complete with coped gables and stone stacks at the ridge and east end. The building has two storeys.

The central entrance is a door set in a four-centred arch, with a blocked doorway featuring a timber lintel to the left. To the right of the door is a three-light ovolo-mullioned window with a renewed cornice. The first floor contains three similar two-light windows, all of which have glazing bars and casement openings. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing that has 20th-century windows.
