Description
Downderry House and Bridge Cottage are a range of two early 18th century houses located on the east side of Wansford Bridge End. They are constructed of coursed stone with dressed quoins and feature a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof, which has stone coping at the south gable end. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic and have a four-window range. The windows are three-light casements with glazing bars and flat stone arches. There are two doorways that have modern doors inserted. Additionally, there are three old hipped dormers with casements that also have glazing bars. The houses have two ashlar stacks, one located at the center and the other at the south end.
