Description

The Laurels is a late 18th century house located on the south side of Glinton High Street. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a Collyweston stone roof with coped gable ends. The building has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The original openings contain modern casements that are topped with flat stone arches featuring keyblocks. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight that has glazing bars, and it is sheltered by a cast iron trellis porch. There are two old hipped dormers and end brick stacks. At the rear, there is an early 19th century wing.
