Description
The Blue Bell Public House is a 17th-century building located on the south side of High Street in Glinton. It features coursed stone construction and a steeply pitched Welsh slate roof with gabled ends. A date stone in the gable end displays "H" over "HF 1701". The building is one storey with an attic, and it has a gabled dormer that contains a 4-light casement window. There is one late 19th-century tripartite sash window, while the rest of the front has a modern lean-to. Additionally, there is an early 19th-century cross wing at the west end, made of gault brick with a slate hipped roof. The building is included for its group value.
