Description

12 Rectory Lane is an early 19th-century red brick house featuring a concrete tile hipped roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. The first floor has new sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor includes a 19th-century sash window without glazing bars on the right and a canted bay window on the left, which is topped with a dentilled cornice. The central entrance has a doorcase with a broken pediment, a semi-circular traceried fanlight, and a fielded panel door. There are brick stacks at both ends of the house.
