Description

Fairbrook is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. The house has a modillion eaves cornice to its hipped roof and truncated brick stacks at both ends and at the rear left. The front features two glazing bar sashes with gauged surrounds on the first floor; one single sash on the ground floor; and a two-storey canted bay window to the right. The central entrance is a six-panel door with raised and fielded panels, accompanied by a rectangular fanlight in a moulded surround.
