Description
The stables, located immediately north-north-west of the Manor House, date from the 17th century. This stable range features a carriageway that connects it to the Manor House. The structure is built from squared and coursed stone and has a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof. The gable end facing the house is ogee-shaped and includes ball finials at both the apex and the feet. There is also a stone mullion window with a stepped head and a cornice, which has a sundial positioned above it. On the east side, there is a central moulded Tudor-arched doorway flanked by three-light stone mullion windows. The stables are listed as Grade II* for their group value with the Manor House.
