Description
No. 51 is an early 18th-century cottage constructed from coursed stone rubble. It features a steeply pitched asbestos slate roof with coped gable ends and stands two storeys tall. The front has a two-window range with small two-light casements that have timber lintels, along with a plain central doorway. There is an end stack on one side. At the rear, there is an early 19th-century stone wing. Adjoining to the east are a range of outbuildings that face the road with their backs. These outbuildings are made of stone and have pantile roofs at two levels, with no openings on the north side facing the road.
