GV II C17/early C18 cottage. Colour-washed stone rubble. Steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Three window range. Two-light casements. Attic window in gable end. Two brick ridge stacks. Later one storey lean-to on south end.
