Description

The lodge to Houghton Hall is a 19th-century building constructed of plum brick and is a single storey. It features a slate roof and has an entrance front with two projecting gables and two canted bay windows, each fitted with sash windows that have glazing bars. A prominent heavy central brick chimney stack adds to its architectural character.
