Description

The North Block of the Conservative Club, located on St Andrew's Street, is an early 19th-century stable block constructed from gault brick. It is two stories tall, with a ground floor that has been altered and is now plastered and color-washed. The building features a hipped slate roof with a central louvre. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with glazing bars, with the outer windows slightly projecting. The ground floor includes two outer arched recesses that contain modern three-light casements, as well as three mullion and transom casements with glazing bars. This building is included for its group value.
