Description

The village lock-up, dating from 1796 as noted on a 20th-century plaque on the door, is constructed of coursed ironstone and features a cement-rendered exterior over a tiled roof. It has an octagonal plan topped with a conical roof. The east elevation includes a pointed arched doorway, which is fitted with a pointed arched oak door that has strap hinges and studs.
