Description
Pond Farmhouse is a 17th-century building located on the north side of Tebworth Road in Wingfield. It features a south elevation with a first-floor panel that has raised letters reading "CSA" and the date 1699. The farmhouse is constructed with chequered brick and consists of two storeys topped by an old clay tile roof. It has an L-shaped plan, with the east wing displaying exposed timber-framing on the north gable end. There is a brick band between the floors, and all the windows are modern casements.
