Number 13 on Saint Cuthbert's Street is an 18th-century building made of brick and tiles. It has two storeys and features four sash windows set in reveals under flat arches on the first floor. The ground floor has a sash window on the right side with a stucco surround, a central shop window and door from the 19th century, and a carriageway on the left side. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 15 (odd).
