Description
38 Mill Street is a 18th-century building constructed of red brick, featuring a mansard hipped roof covered with old tiles, a modillion cornice, and a parapet. The structure has two storeys and attics, with a slight central projection. The façade includes three sets of sash windows, each with rubber flat arches, and a stone plinth. There is a central recessed porch with a round arch and steps leading up, flanked by Doric pilasters, a modillion cornice, and an open pediment that has an oval plaque in the tympanum displaying the raised date of 1760. Above the doorway, there is a window with a round arch and impost bands. Additionally, there is a later one-window wing that is styled similarly.
