Description
This building is a range of houses located at 1-4 Church End, dated to 1485 or soon after, with later alterations. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor is timber-framed and mainly rendered in colourwashed roughcast. The building has two storeys and attics, topped with a clay tile roof. On the south side, there are two gabled dormers. The first floor features eight casement windows with glazing bars, primarily in a three-light configuration. The ground floor has four casement windows of the same style, which have cambered relieving arches above them. There is also an elliptically headed archway on the right side that leads to the churchyard. The north elevation includes some leaded casement windows.
