Description
Nos 33 and 35 Ravensden Road are charity cottages dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. They are timber framed, with the western part featuring colour washed rough cast and the eastern part being weatherboarded. The cottages have a thatched roof that is hipped to the east. The building has a four-bay plan and is one storey with attics. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century glazed doors and two casement windows with glazing bars, one with two lights and the other with four lights. The attic includes one gabled dormer, which has a two-light casement window with glazing bars. A colour washed brick ridge stack is aligned with the right-hand door.
