Description

New Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located in the Sharnbrook Colworth Estate. It is constructed of limestone rubble with pantiles and features red brick gable end stacks. The building has a symmetrical plan with a central front door and stands two storeys high with attics. The front elevation includes five first-floor windows, although the second from the left is blocked. There are two ground-floor windows on either side of the front door, all of which are set under timber lintels and consist of 2-light casements with glazing bars. The rear elevation has three similar windows on each floor and a small modern extension. Each gable end features two attic windows.
