Description
This is an 18th-century house with 19th-century additions and alterations. The exterior is colour-washed rough cast, likely over brick, and has an old clay tile roof. It originally had a two-bay plan, with two storeys and attics, and now features a later two-storey block to the rear, along with various single-storey red brick additions. The front elevation facing Green End Road has two windows on each of the ground and first floors, each set within a rendered flat arch. A ground-floor window retains its original flush sash with glazing bars. There is also a hipped dormer with a sash window containing glazing bars. The east-facing elevation of the original block has 20th-century windows replacing the originals. The rear block displays a single three-light sash window per floor, featuring wooden mullions and glazing bars. A part-glazed front door is set within a moulded surround and beneath a flat, bracketed hood.
