Description

This is an early 17th-century farmhouse, with a later addition dating to the 1930s. The original core is a substantial timber-frame structure, now covered with a colour-washed rough cast render. It has an old clay tile roof. The original block follows a two-room plan and has attics. The south elevation has a small, central projecting gabled wing aligned with a rendered double ridge stack. This wing contains a glazed door on the ground floor and a two-light casement window in the attic. To the left is a 19th-century canted bay window on the ground floor, and a 20th-century gabled dormer with a casement window. To the right is a three-light casement window. A lean-to addition extends from the rear.
