Description

The Old Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been modernised, but retains substantial internal timber framing. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a modern clay tile roof and modern brick coping to the gables. The farmhouse has a two-room plan with a central front door and lobby. It is two storeys high with attics. Modern windows are present. A gabled tiled porch hood is supported on triangular brackets. Inside, a large fireplace is located on one side, opposite the front door, and a large fireplace is found at the south end. The original roof structure has survived.
