Description
Pleremore is a house located on Fox Lane in Chaddesley Corbett. It was built in the early 19th century and incorporates a rear wing from the early 17th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a concrete tile roof, along with timber-framing that has brick infill.
The house stands three storeys tall and has three windows. The upper windows are glazing bar sashes set under segmental heads, while the second floor features 2-light casements. On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century French casements that flank a central entrance. This entrance is highlighted by an open pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters, a fanlight, and a half-glazed door. The framing of the rear wing consists of two square panels high, with straight tension braces leading to the first floor above close-studding.
