Description

Dunclent House, originally Middle Dunclent Farmhouse, is a house dating from the 17th century, significantly remodelled in the mid-18th century and with some alterations in the early 19th century. The rear section is timber-framed, while the front is of painted brick with a tile roof. It is two storeys high and features a dentilled brick cornice and brick coped verges. There are three windows, each with four panes in sash windows set under segmental heads. A dentilled brick band, acting as a label, rises over the windows. The ground floor has two two-light French casements. The central entrance is framed by pilasters and has an overlight above a four-panel door. The rear range's timber framing consists of four square panels per storey.
