Description
Pye Corner Cottage is a house likely dating from the late 17th and early 18th centuries. It is constructed of limestone rubble with timber framing and is roofed with thatch. The building is single-storey with an attic. The ground floor has four casement windows with plain reveals, and there are three eyebrow dormers. The entrance door, located between the third and fourth windows, also has plain reveals. The second window appears to be situated within a blocked doorway. Gable chimneys are present. The north gable wall displays exposed timber framing, with two rows of square panels featuring light scantling. The roof truss incorporates a tie-beam, two vertical struts, and a collar.
