Description

No. 55 High Street is a house, likely built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has one storey with an attic and consists of two bays. On the ground floor, there are two timber canted bay windows that are connected by a slated canopy. The attic is illuminated by windows that are partly located within dormers. There are doorways situated between the bays and to the right. The stonework shows signs of reconstruction, particularly around the right-hand bay and doorway.
