Description

The Avon, a cottage at Libbery Farm, dates back to the 16th century. It features a timber frame with brick nogging and stands two storeys high. The cottage has modern casements, and the original doors have been removed. It has a steep tile roof with gable ends. At the time of the survey, the building was derelict and being used as a cattle cover.
