Description

Ruyhalls Place is a 17th-century cottage with an L-shaped plan, constructed from timber frame and brick. It is a single-storey building with attics and gable ends. The front has been refaced in brick and features modern gabled wooden porches, three casement windows, and five dormers. The rear and side windows are leaded, and the roof is covered with old tiles. Ruyhalls Place is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 3 Old School Cottages, Gardeners Cottage, and Moorend Cottage.
