Retaining wall, balustrade and lamp standard. 1897, by G.H. Hunt, for the Duc d'Orleans. Stone rubble retaining wall with freestone balustrade above with terracotta balusters. The wall forms a revetment to the garden on the south front of Wood Norton Hall and is swept round at its east end where the end pier has an ornate lamp standard with a globe-shaped lantem surmounted by a crown.
