Description

This structure is a wall extending approximately 10 metres north of Pye Corner, built around the mid-19th century. It is made of limestone and features squared rubble with a coping. At the northern end, there are gate piers leading to a driveway, which are square in shape with chamfered rustication, a plinth, a blank frieze, and moulded pyramidal caps. At the southern end, there are similar piers for a pedestrian entrance. Additionally, a smaller pier of the same design is positioned on top of the wall between the two sets of piers. This structure is included for its group value.
