Description

The Harvey memorial is a chest tomb located about 15 metres north of the north aisle of the Church of St Peter. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of ashlar stone. The tomb features a flat top with a moulded cornice and corner balusters, along with inscription panels that are raised and fielded. The inscription on the north face reads: "In memory of Henry Harvey/ late of Wathley/ who departed this life/ October [illegible]th 1802 Aged 36".
