Description
Leigh Lodge is an early 19th-century house constructed of painted brick with a hipped slate roof. It features a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes; the outer bay windows have segmental heads and are tripartite, while the middle window on the first floor is set within a round-arched recess and also has a segmental head. A single-storey canted porch is present, with windows on its canted sides. The doorway features a round head with a fanlight and an architrave. A chimney is located behind the ridge. On the right-hand return wall, facing south-west, there is a single-storey timber bow window with Tuscan columns acting as mullions.
