Description

A former granary and stable, dating to the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th and mid-20th centuries. The building is constructed of brick with a hipped plain tiled roof, and a parapet at the east gable end. It is two stories high and comprises two bays. The north elevation features two ground-floor and upper-level unglazed lunette windows, with a central mullion in the ground-floor windows. A central door was inserted in the 20th century. There is a loft door in the east gable end. At the east end, there is a ground-floor window and a stable door, both with cambered heads. The building forms a group with Court Farmhouse, the barn and stables, and the hop kilns and malthouse.
