Description

This property comprises two matching blocks located on the east side of Old Street, Upton-upon-Severn. The first block dates to circa 1800, while the second was built in the late 19th century. Both are constructed of red brick and stand three stories high, topped with a parapet. They have valley roofs. Each block has a three-window facade featuring sliding sash windows with glazing bars, set within gauged brick flat-headed surrounds. An arched doorway is located on the right-hand side of the earlier block. A modern shopfront now extends across the frontages of both blocks, impacting the overall appearance of the elevation. The buildings are included in the listing primarily for their group value.
